Welcome to Empowered Living!

Experience a welcoming and professional environment fostered by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NH and MA with speciality certification in Perinatal Mental Health, Emergency Responders, and Military Competence.

Empowered Living remains on intermittent medical leave. If you are interested in services, please reach out via email or phone, and I will get back to you when I am able to.

Please note that I will be working with adolescent clients as part of an internship under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This is because adolescents are not my primary area of practice. These services will be billed to any insurance that I am in network with. Please inquire about availability!
